Lindsay Mico - Oregon Environmental Consultant, Nehalem Office

Lindsay Mico specializes in statistics, GIS analysis, and geomorphology. Lindsay served as the project lead in the development of the Tillamook River Restoration Plan, the Tillamook Bay Watershed Restoration Prioritization, Nestucca Sediment and Habitat Assessment, and the Siuslaw Sediment and Habitat Assessment. He holds a degree from UC San Diego in Cognitive Neurosciences and a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from UC Berkeley. Prior to founding Demeter Design with Cara, he worked as a biologist for the ODFW and as a hydrologist for the Bureau of Land Management.

Cara Mico - Oregon Environmental Consultant, Nehalem Office

Cara Mico specializes in habitat assessments and restoration planning. Cara served as the project lead in the development of the Netarts Bay Watershed Restoration Plan, the East Fork Nehalem Watershed Assessment, Necanicum Base Mapping, and Holden Creek Riparian Restoration. She holds a degree from Oregon State University in Natural Resources with an emphasis on Watershed Restoration Sciences and Policy and studied urban design at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, California. Prior to founding Demeter Design with Lindsay, she worked as an environmental educator and restoration project manager in Tillamook County.

Jessica Stitcher - Oregon Environmental Consultant, Project Manager, Portland Office Jessica Stitcher is a project manager. Her background includes managing corporate installations and air quality testing management. She holds a M.S in Finance. Her role at Demeter Design includes data management, office management, and GIS assistance.

Tom Ward - Oregon Environmental Consultant, Field Specialist, Portland Office

Tom Ward specializes in botany and GIS.Tom has worked extensively with the Bureau of Land Management in Coastal Oregon conducting botanical, wildlife, and silvicultural surveys. He has worked with the Chicago Botanical Garden and with the Chicago School District as an educator. He holds a degree in English and Geography from the University of California, Berkeley.
